I found the room very clean. The beds are comfortable too. A cool coffee machine is also on each floor. The location is super convenient with a short walk from Union Station. It is close to the museums.
I thought the pool area was often very crowded, a slight downside.

The hotel is located very centrally. Many attractions and public transport are nearby. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the train station and some good restaurants are within reasonable distance.

The coffee machine on each floor provides a good start. The restaurant offer a menu with tasty meals. Though choices are a little limited for very picky eaters, the quality is good overall and the beer selection is especially noteworthy.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my requests. They also provided useful information when needed. The check-in process was smooth using the kiosks.

The room had color-changing lights. A good size bed was in the room. The location was perfect, it was just a short walk from the train station. The hotel provided free coffee and water on each floor.
I wish the hotel provided washcloths as standard amenities. They were not available in my room.
